Forms, email subscriptions, waitlist entries, community submissions, and photo, video, or audio submissions must be completed by an adult who is at least 18 years old. • Contact form: name and email address when you send us a message.
• Waitlist signup: first name and email address when you join the waitlist.
• Community signup: first name and email address when you join the Bunny Buddy Community™.
• Community submissions: photographs, videos, audio recordings, stories, or other content that an adult chooses to submit for potential community features.

Information Collected Automatically by the Hosting Platform

The Site is hosted by GoDaddy. GoDaddy may automatically process limited technical information as part of providing hosting, security, performance, diagnostic, and operational services. This may include IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referrer information, security-related data, and server logs. This processing is performed by GoDaddy in accordance with its own services and privacy practices. B.OK, LLC has removed the analytics scripts under its direct control. We do not intentionally use personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal information. We cannot confirm the precise scope of any platform-level processing that GoDaddy performs independently as part of its hosting infrastructure. We will update this Policy if GoDaddy supplies materially different confirmed information about its platform-level processing.

B.OK, LLC has not intentionally implemented cookies, local storage, or similar tracking technologies through scripts under its direct control. GoDaddy may use technical storage or similar mechanisms as part of its hosting and security infrastructure. We cannot confirm the precise nature of any such platform-level mechanisms. We will update this section if we implement our own cookies or storage technologies.

If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. 7. Children's Content Protection

We will not intentionally publish a recognizable photograph, video, audio recording, full name, precise location, school name, or other identifying information concerning a child without permission from the child's parent or legal guardian.

When an adult submits a photograph, video, audio recording, story, or other content involving a child, the submission alone does not authorize publication of identifiable information concerning that child. Before publishing identifiable content involving a child, B.OK, LLC will require permission from the child's parent or legal guardian and may require a separate written parent/guardian media release.

8. Community Submissions

If we choose to publish a submission, the submitting adult grants B.OK, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and share that submission for purposes connected with The Bunny on the Run™ and the Bunnyverse™.

A submitting adult may request removal of their submission by emailing [email protected]. Removal may not be possible from materials already printed, produced, distributed, or lawfully shared before the request was received.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, operate the relevant program, respond to requests, protect the Site, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal obligations. Waitlist and community signup information is generally retained while the applicable program remains active or until removal is requested, subject to reasonable legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping requirements. Contact-form information may be retained for a reasonable period to respond to the inquiry and maintain appropriate records. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete it or take reasonable steps to render it inaccessible, subject to applicable technical and legal limitations.

10. Commercial Email

Before sending commercial email, we will include an appropriate unsubscribe or opt-out method and a valid physical postal address, and we will comply with applicable commercial-email requirements. The unsubscribe or opt-out method must be clear, conspicuous, functioning, and easy to use before any commercial marketing email is sent. Opt-out requests must be honored within the legally required period.
