These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://thebunnyontherun.com (the "Site"), operated by B.OK, LLC, doing business as The Bunny on the Run™ ("The Bunny on the Run," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

1. Who May Use This Site

The Site may be viewed and enjoyed by families and children. Forms, email subscriptions, waitlist entries, community submissions, and photo, video, or audio submissions must be completed by an adult who is at least 18 years old. Children should not submit personal information directly through the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

All characters, illustrations, artwork, stories, designs, and other creative materials are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by B.OK, LLC and/or their respective rights holders.

Sergio Cariello may be credited as the book's illustrator where appropriate, but nothing in these Terms assigns ownership or authorship beyond the parties' actual agreement.

The following names and brand terms are claimed or used as trademarks by B.OK, LLC and/or their respective owners or rights holders:

The ™ symbol indicates a claimed trademark and does not imply federal registration. Unauthorized use of any of these marks is prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Permit a child to submit personal information directly through the Site or submit identifiable information concerning a child without the required authority, consent, or permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use any automated means to access the Site or collect information from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Community Submissions

Adults may submit photographs, videos, audio recordings, stories, and other content for potential community features on the Site ("Submissions"). By submitting content, the submitting adult represents that they have the right to submit the content and that the Submission does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

If we choose to publish a Submission, the submitting adult grants B.OK, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and share that Submission for purposes connected with The Bunny on the Run™ and the Bunnyverse™. This license applies only to Submissions we actually choose to publish.

A submitting adult may request removal of their published Submission by emailing [email protected]. Removal may not be possible from materials already printed, produced, distributed, or lawfully shared before the request was received.

5. Children's Content and Media Releases

We will not intentionally publish a recognizable photograph, video, audio recording, full name, precise location, school name, or other identifying information concerning a child without permission from the child's parent or legal guardian.

Before publishing identifiable content involving a child, B.OK, LLC will require permission from the child's parent or legal guardian and may require a separate written parent/guardian media release documenting that permission. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not constitute a media release or authorization to publish identifiable content involving a child.

6. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and is not a purchase, reservation, or contract. It allows us to contact you with product and launch updates. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee inventory, priority, price, shipping, or a release date. Sales, pricing, shipping, return, and refund terms will be provided before checkout becomes available.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or relating to use of the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount the user paid directly through the Site during the preceding twelve months or $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
